The Daiwa House Group (est. 1955) embarked on global overseas expansion in the 1960s underpinned by the Group’s core philosophy, “Creating Dreams, Building Hearts.” and its overseas business philosophy, "Stay and Expand" which represents overseas expansion through the creation of community-based businesses and co-creating value with customers and communities to enrich their lives.
In Australia, our primary focus has been on the housing sector, as we believe that every individual deserves a place to call home. We understand that every community needs to be economically supported by the associated infrastructure and so in parallel we will continue to assess and explore industrial and commercial opportunities that will further enrich the lives of our customers.
